“Accident-free work is our highest priority.”

Providing a safe and comfortable working environment is a top priority for the management of Aqueos. We believe that nothing is so important that we cannot take time to do our work safely. We know that having a strong and healthy workforce means our personnel are motivated and productive.

We promote core safety values that encompass these important areas and we are committed to constantly work toward:

  • Establishing and maintaining the safest working conditions in our industry.
  • Consistent adherence to progressive operational practices and procedures designed to prevent injury and illness.
  • Conscientious observance of all federal, state, local, and company safety rules.
  • Every job will be executed safely.
  • We believe that all accidents are preventable
  • Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Involvement and participation of management and all employees is required.
  • Continuous safety improvement is our standard.

We continually work this strategy and processes with the ultimate goal to eliminate all accidents. At Aqueos, we do not believe that accidents are unavoidable and will happen. We will not knowingly allow unsafe conditions to exist, nor will we permit anyone to engage in unsafe acts that place themselves, their coworkers or customers at risk.

Every employee is truly engaged in safety, not simply treating it as a process to be learned or a set of rules to be followed. More than ever before we are thinking of the safest ways to perform all tasks and mitigate risks whether that is in the office, shop, or offshore. If we do our part, including thinking and behaving safely at all times, a healthy and progressive attitude toward accident prevention and an accident free safety record can be achieved.

Additionally, management and all employees must be alert to avoid the possible occurrence of accidents to property and equipment of Aqueos and to any non-company owned property and equipment. This also includes preventing the possibility of accidental injury to members of the general public, contractors, and/or clients, whether on our property or theirs.

To ensure worker safety, we conduct our own in-house safety training and certification courses, and teach hands-on safe practices. Additionally each employee is outfitted and instructed in the proper use of all necessary safety equipment and supplies. Aqueos’ commitment to safety includes having a full-time Health, Safety, Training & Environment Manager, and Human Resource/Career Development Manager.

An extensive “online” database of our operating policies, programs, training records, certifications, and safety statistics can be reviewed and audited by our customers at ISNetworld.com and PECpremier.com (PEC/Premier Safety Management).
