Marni Zabarsky

HSEQ Manager

Marni Zabarsky is a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager for Aqueos based in our Houston office.  A graduate of The Ocean Corporation, Marni has 28 years in the diving industry and additionally holds a certificate from Texas A&M Nature Based Coastal Engineering Program.  Marni began her career at Global Industries as a tender and worked her way through the ranks to become the first female to log over 500 days of saturation.  In addition to her diving background, she has had extensive experience in both Project Management and Business Development.

Marni is responsible for successfully integrating and managing the HSEQ training process in support of the functional operations group and has collateral responsibilities for HSEQ administration, injury case management, ergonomic injury prevention, technical safety advice, emergency response, behavioral based safety process management, and enterprise-wide training. This position will support a philosophy of continuous improvement in the areas of health, safety, environment, and quality.
